Built on the foundations of the highly successful ROLAND 900 XXL press, the ROLAND 900 XXL Perfector is a highly productive press, aimed at those in the commercial and publications sectors that need to cost-effectively print books, catalogues and magazines as well as light carton in a two-sided production process.
As a format 7b and format 8-sized press, the ROLAND 900 XXL has a maximum sheet size of 1310x1870mm and prints substrates from 0.06 to 0.4mm. With no second pass production required, and efficient make-readies enhanced by InlineColor Pilot for measuring both sides of the sheet for colour consistency and manroland’s Automatic Plate Loading (APL) system, this new press can increase productivity by up to 100 percent when compared to a standard large format perfecting press.
